“Samsung always cascade its development all the way down to Nigeria, so on an annual basis our team movie around from countries to countries including Nigeria and go into the market talking to customers, dealers, distributors and traders trying to understand what is the current trend in the needs of customers and of business people. They gather their insights and those insights really form the basis of the future direction of devices”, he said.
So they understand the need and it is made but also for global market. But in many cases, they become products that have been specifically designed for various markets and the Galaxy Grand for example has been a very great success in Nigeria, a very fantastic for us because it meets the need of the Nigerian consumers. It was affordable and it had a lot of functionality.
